Mar 06, 2008 · Mar 10, 2008 · Im having problems with cracking in the welds and right next to the welds on 2 1/2 " inch thick flanges on colloums A572 Gr 50. We have tried several pre heats from 150 up to 450. We are also doing a controlled coolling with insulation pillows.
